Swallow the Sun – When a Shadow is Forced Into the Light

Although some parts of the album can sound a little too one-dimensional for my taste at times, it never felt like an explicitly boring listen. It doesn’t always hit the mark but when it does, it does it well, much thanks to Mikko’s vocal performance. It’s an interesting, emotional listen that spans multiple genres.
