An Abstract Illusion live at ProgPower Europe 2023
One of the bands that caught the ears of prog lovers, especially prog metal and technical death metal fans, was without a doubt the Swedish band An Abstract Illusion. The band released one of the highest praised albums in the genre, "Woe," in 2022, topping many of the year's best-of lists (including ours). Seeing the Swedes play the musical madness of that album live was one of the highlights for the ProgPower Europe audience. Sadly, the band had some technical problems at the start of the show, but the incredible music being played live made many of us forget and forgive the delay and sound glitches. They managed to present a show to remember!
