Witness the return of Apple Sauce – even crazier than before!

Apple Sauce is an Italian experimental metal band formed in 2016. Blending intricate rhythms, electronic textures, and progressive metal energy, the band stands out for its bold approach to songwriting and its ability to merge chaos and melody into a coherent, emotional experience.

With “’Nduja No Kami“, Apple Sauce return at their most restless and unrestrained. Crushing metal, electronic momentum, rap and flashes of jazz collide in a song that refuses to settle into a single shape. Each sudden turn feels less like a change of genre than another step deeper into the same feverish vision.

The track features Jørgen Munkeby, frontman and saxophonist of Shining (Norway). His saxophone is not treated as a conventional guest solo. It becomes one of the song’s defining voices, cutting through the chaos and carrying its final moments alone after the rest of the arrangement falls away.

‘’Nduja No Kami’ opens “Hybris”, Apple Sauce’s second album and their first since the 2020 debut “Apple Sauce 出鱈目”. Due this November, Hybris pushes the band’s collision of heaviness, experimentation and absurdity into a bolder and even more unpredictable new chapter.
