Einar Solberg to headline ProgPower Europe 2026!

ProgPower Europe has just announced Einar Solberg as a Sunday evening headliner. Not needing much introduction as well known Leprous founder and frontman, superb singer Einar launched his solo career in 2023 with “16“, an album marked by bold collaborations and stylistic freedom, followed by acclaimed performances at festivals such as Prognosis, Euroblast, Hellfest and Rock Imperium.

He has now completed work on his second solo album and recently unveiled ‘Stella Mortua‘, a powerful new composition recorded with The Norwegian Radio Orchestra. Featuring returning collaborators Keli Guðjónsson (Agent Fresco) and Chris Baum, alongside new band members, the track signals a defining moment for the project, embracing cinematic, orchestral progressive metal with emotional depth. In 2026, Einar will appear as a solo artist at just two shows in The Netherlands: Midsummer Prog and ProgPower Europe.

I consider that to be truly Prog!
