Fractal Sun join the ProgPower Europe 2026 lineup

ProgPower Europe have revealed another addition to their 2026 lineup, welcoming Costa Rican progressive metal outfit Fractal Sun!

Blending modern progressive metal with djent, cinematic soundscapes and symphonic elements, Fractal Sun have been steadily building a name for themselves with their ambitious sci fi concept and immersive songwriting. Since the release of their debut album “Turmoil” in 2020, the band have continued expanding their musical universe through a series of singles while earning recognition with appearances alongside Obscura and at 70,000 Tons of Metal.

With their combination of technical precision, melodic depth and atmospheric storytelling, Fractal Sun add another exciting dimension to an already diverse ProgPower Europe 2026 lineup.

Fractal Sun join Einar Solberg, The Dear Hunter, The Reticent, Hippotraktor, Royal Sorrow, PreHistoric Animals, Quantum, Terravia, Hyla and Sister May on the festival bill, with 2 more announcements still to come.

I consider that to be truly Prog!
