Anciients joins ProgStorm Festival 2026!
As media partners, we are happy to present Vancouver’s Anciients as part of the ProgStorm Festival 2026 lineup. The progressive metal band blends heavy, riff driven intensity with expansive, atmospheric songwriting, balancing thick guitar textures with melodic and evolving structures.
Anciients first made a strong impression with “Heart of Oak” and continued to develop their sound on “Voice of the Void” and 2024’s “Beyond the Reach of the Sun“. Two Juno Awards for Metal/Hard Music Album of the Year highlight their impact within the Canadian scene. With extensive touring alongside Lamb of God, Decapitated, and Tesseract, their live shows combine physical heaviness with emotional depth, making them a standout act for ProgStorm Festival 2026.
