Newcomers Hyla announced for ProgPower Europe for the 2026 edition! #2
Dutch progressive metal outfit Hyla has joined the ProgPower Europe 2026 lineup, and this time it’s one to keep an eye on before they release their debut album.
Hyla may not have a full length record out just yet, but they’ve already built a reputation through their intense live performances and the music they’ve shared so far. Drawing inspiration from bands such as Opeth, The Contortionist, Meshuggah and Gojira, Hyla deliver a dynamic blend of crushing riffs, intricate rhythms and atmospheric passages.
The band has now been confirmed as the traditional Dutch opener for Saturday at ProgPower Europe 2026.
