Norwegian prog pop shooting stars MEER unveil new single Golden Circle

As the first track to be released from their upcoming and highly anticipated album “Wheels Within Wheels”, MEER unveils their latest single, “Golden Circle”. With its infectious hooks and soul-stirring lyrics, “Golden Circle” showcases MEER’s unique blend of musical prowess and emotional depth. It’s a testament to their ability to captivate audiences with their compelling storytelling and authentic sound. “Golden Circle” delves into the depths of longing and desire.

The lyrics paint a vivid picture of a protagonist grappling with inner turmoil, seeking solace in fleeting moments of euphoria. The powerhouse vocalist duo consisting of siblings Knut and Johanne Kippersund takes us on a ride that includes both soft serenading and heavy belting in this total banger of a pop rock anthem. With their perhaps most catchy chorus to date, MEER is laying the groundwork for sing-alongs and dancefloor-like tendencies on their upcoming performances in Germany (Night of the Prog) and Italy (2 Days Prog +1) this summer.

We are super stoked (and a little bit terrified) to share our poppiest banger yet with the world! The Golden Circles video was shot in freezing February our friends wonderful farm Sveinhaug close to our home town Hamar. We all danced our asses off, and hope you will do the same!
