MEER unveils the delighful video for their most recent single Chains of Changes!

We are thrilled to present the Video Premiere of ‘Chains of Changes’, the latest single from the famed Norwegian Pop-Progressive rock band MEER. In ‘Chains of Changes’ MEER delves into the evocative theme of “loss of innocence” and the wistful longing for the enchanting experiences of childhood.

To bring this vision to life, they entrusted eleven-year-old (!) aspiring filmmaker and writer Signe Josefin with artistic freedom. Assisted by the talented cinematographer Birk, who also created the video for “Golden Circle”, Signe Josefin crafted a visual narrative that beautifully complements the song’s message: exploring how fear is a learned experience throughout life.

MEER’s highly anticipated 3rd album, “Wheels Within Wheels” will be released through Karisma Records on August 23. The album’s title symbolises the hidden complexities beneath the surface, inviting listeners on a journey of discovery, with songs reaching soaring heights and moments of intimate reflection.

The band worked again with producer Lars Gärtner Fremmerlid, who also worked on their previous and critically acclaimed album, 2022’s “Playing House“. The recording sessions took place last year at the famed Ocean Sound Recordings, resulting in what the band describes their most ambitious, dynamic and immersive work to date.
