Terravia – A New World

Norway has produced many excellent prog bands, and I see no reason why this group shouldn’t join that list.

Isle of the Cross – Excelsis

There seems to be a trend with these multi-instrumentalists, to give us multi-genre music on their albums. It is a well thought out and well executed album and I hope we see more of this project.

Pyramaze – Epitaph

With “Epitaph”, Pyramaze demonstrates that they’re still very much in the game of powerful melodic metal by delivering an album with beautifully orchestrated melodies and emotional guitar solos overlaying a solid framework of catchy riffs and energetic rhythms.

Lunatic Soul – Through Shaded Woods

“Through Shaded Woods” certainly is the most different Lunatic Soul album so far, and it might well be the best. We get to know a new side of Mariusz Duda’s music, it indeed feels as if we’re allowed to explore his origins, guided by himself.

Avandra – Skylighting

This is great album and the band have bags of talent, which should allow them to progress any way they desire.
