LUX TERMINUS to Perform at ProgStorm 2025!

Lux Terminus will perform at ProgStorm Festival 2025 on Friday, August 8, at Le Ministère, Montreal! Known for their cinematic, keyboard-driven progressive metal, the trio , heralded by multitalented Vikram Shankar (keys), Matthew Kerschner (drums), and Brian Craft (bass) – creates immersive soundscapes without electric guitars, blending pianos, synths, and orchestral arrangements.

At the helm of Lux Terminus is Vikram Shankar, well known and highly regarded keyboardist in the progressive metal world. Known for his masterful compositions and emotive playing, he is also a member of several acclaimed bands, including Redemption (prog metal), Silent Skies (cinematic prog, with Evergrey’s Tom S. Englund), and is the touring keyboardist for Pain of Salvation. His work spans across genres, from metal to cinematic orchestration, making him one of the most versatile musicians in the scene.

With their highly anticipated new album “Cinder”2 releasing in April, ProgStorm attendees will be among the first to experience their mesmerizing live performance. Drummer Matthew Kerschner commented

We’re absolutely thrilled to be performing at the inaugural ProgStorm! 2025 is a very special year for us as we release our second full-length album, Cinder, and we’re so excited to perform our new material in Montreal. We’re honored to be sharing the stage alongside so many talented bands. Can’t wait for August!
