IQ closed this year’s Prog Dreams Festival at De Boerderij with a set that balanced theatrical flair and musical consistency. Performing their 2009 album Frequency in full alongside highlights from their catalogue, the British prog veterans combined atmospheric soundscapes with carefully crafted visuals and Peter Nicholls’ signature stage presence. While the show didn’t bring many surprises, it reaffirmed IQ’s reputation as a reliable and enduring force in progressive rock, warmly received by a devoted audience in their familiar Dutch stronghold.
