Dawn of Ouroboros Confirmed for ProgStorm Festival 2026

ProgStorm Festival has announced the next band for their 2026 lineup! And we’re glad to share that Dawn of Ouroboros will be heading to Montreal. The Oakland (US) based group, founded by guitarist Tony Thomas and vocalist Chelsea Murphy, has built a sound that moves effortlessly between luminous melody, haunting atmosphere and fierce, blackened heaviness. Their latest album “Bioluminescence” pushes that blend even further, offering an immersive and emotional take on atmospheric and progressive extreme metal.

Now joined by guitarist Ian Baker, bassist David Scanlon and drummer Ron Bertrand, the band has grown into a powerful live act, touring across the US and performing with artists like Anciients, Exist and Vintersea. Seeing their intensity and expressiveness on a Montreal stage next year will be something special! Don’t miss them!

I consider that to be truly Prog!
