All songs on “Assassine(s)” have their impact and blend together into a modern extreme metal album that deserves to be heard. Not for the faint of heart, but there is a lot to enjoy for those who are up for a journey into the deepest, darkest abyss.
Persefone are ready to get to the next level. Hopefully “metanoia” will give them a much deserved breakthrough to a bigger audience.
I cannot fault “Shadows and Flames” in any way. I believe and hope that we have not seen the last of this band.
As long as The Tea Party keep on releasing delicious slices of ‘Moroccan Roll’ like “Blood Moon Rising”, I’m perfectly content with that.
