Well, what can I say? This is a stunner of a debut album. I can’t help thinking that these guys are perfect for festivals such as Progpower Europe. I would certainly welcome a chance to see them live. What have the Romans ever done for us? Need you ask? It goes without saying that I am looking forward very much to future works from them.
The promising American trio Haishen released their debut full-length album, and it’s taking us to the depths of the sea, with intriguing musical and lyrical ideas. Very remarkable record, unique enough to turn heads.
The music and lyrics are excellently put together to build the characters, scenery and plotline in the most entertaining and engaging way possible.
If you’re in the mood for some refreshing symphonic metal, go give “Alter” a try. Something tells me you won’t regret it.
